How ‘Muricans Pull A Tooth

There have certainly been some crazy videos that manifested in social media in 2015 that have caught millions of people off guard.  If you log on to Facebook or YouTube you are sure to find a recent upload that will blow your socks off.  Some of them are shocking while others seem to defy common sense and still other feature the beautiful world and the death defying people we share it with.

One of the craziest videos to hit YouTube and then social media this year featured a father and son carrying out a less than traditional tooth method of removing a loose tooth.  The man’s eight year son James had been playing with a loose tooth as one of his adult teeth was applying pressure from underneath the gum’s surface.  Instead of just continuing to play with tooth until it was ready to come out the father decided to grab some string and the keys to his fifth generation Chevy Camaro SS and get ‘er done.

The father tied the string around his son’s loose tooth and then attached the other end to rear trunk latch.  After giving the eight year a finally reminder to keep his head tilted back the man entered the V8 powered Camaro and started it up.  James was in place and ready to go so his dad hits the gas jabs the gas pedal.  The son barely flinches as the tooth is pulled from his mouth and can’t be any more excited when he discovers that the tooth is gone.

This video did get the father in some hot water with some viewers who found his actions to be dangerous.  It looked to me as if everything was under control and James seemed to trust his dad’s instructions.  Some people will bitch about almost anything.   If I ever have kids I hope they trust me as much as James trusts his father.
